The last few weeks in pictures...
Everett loves himself some trucks, combines, tractors, and 6X6 fire trucks. He also loves to be in the middle of the excitement when there are fires going. He gets all excited and repeats the word "fire" over and over again. This is Mr. E driving one of Haley Bench's 6X6s after the fire threat was over...for a little while.
I love my flower boxes! The flowers are going to town blooming right now:)
The puppies sharing a drink.
My accent wall and very messy living room. I may be a perpetual painter. I love the color, but was having trouble with still having so much tan on tan on tan everywhere else. In other words, I have already changed it but the most recent color is terrible! It has got to go!

Counsins playing.
Everett is hiding from the camera under the covers.
Playing with the computer...naughty.
Playing with his favorite friends..."Bears".
They are stuffed in the front and back of his shirt.

In the picture below Everett and Grunkle Jeff get some play time in. By the way, for those of you who don't understand the Grunkle portion of this great man's title, it is a combo of grandpa and uncle. He is my Uncle Jeffy and always will be but he has also been sort a dad to me (one of two men that I have been fortunate to have around as a stand in for this role) therefore making him a Grandpa of sorts to Everett. When Everett was in my belly my Mom wasn't sure she was quite comfortable with the title of "Grandma" and was coming up with possible alternatives to be called. This sparked the idea that Jeffy also needed a title of sorts. My Aunt Ruth (in the back ground of this picture) went right to work coming up with combinations of words that Everett could some day call her hubby. This was of course done mostly in jest and with lots of laughter. Laughter that is unique to my Aunt Ruth, infectious, and down right addicting. Grunkle stuck though. And that is how Grunkle Jeff was born. My mom on the other hand, seems to have adjusted to the title of "Gramma" because when Everett says it, there is nothing cuter!
